How we work.

  1. Discovery. We learn the brand, the audience, the business goal. One conversation, one written brief.
  2. Design. Venue, format, narrative, hospitality. The shape of the experience before the logistics.
  3. Production. Vendors, timelines, contracts, on-site team. We run the room.
  4. Reflection. Post-event debrief, attendee feedback, photos and footage delivered.

Things people ask.

What types of companies do you work with?
Mostly DTC, ecommerce, and B2B SaaS companies producing their first or second company-wide event — typically Series A through Series C, with 50 to 500 employees. We also work with established brands wanting a more considered alternative to a large agency.
Where are you based, and where do you produce events?
We're based in New York with a strong presence in the Hamptons. We've produced events in San Diego, Austin, Miami, and across the Northeast. For the right brief, we travel.
What's the typical engagement size?
Engagements start at $10,000 for executive dinners and intimate gatherings, and scale into the $50,000+ range for multi-day retreats and multi-city conference series. Most of our work falls in the $10K–$50K range.
How far in advance should we reach out?
For retreats and conferences, three to six months is ideal. For executive dinners, six to twelve weeks. We've turned around full productions in under three weeks when the brief was clear — but we'd rather have the runway.
What's included in a full-production engagement?
Venue scouting and contracting, programming, hospitality design, catering coordination, vendor management, branded materials, ground transportation, on-site team, and post-event debrief. Effectively, every decision after "we want to host an event" is ours to make with you.
Do you take on more than one event at a time?
Yes — but we deliberately keep our roster small. We take on a small number of engagements each year so each one gets the attention it deserves.
